Why hello dahlings! I am Otiscat123 (Otis), and I provide the voices for Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Twist in promise! I am a 15 year old actress and singer who is mostly known for her MLP impressions (namely Sweetie Belle). I also enjoy drawing, reading, watching cartoons, and playing with my cats!
